The Maine Cabin... A Writer’s Retreat

The Maine cabin is an ideal writers retreat. It is for rent in the summer months for $800.00/ week, and from September through June we rent it monthly for $550.00 plus utilities. Its a great experience! A slower pace of life, close to nature. In the summer it is pristine for swimming, sailing, and snorkeling. Autumn brings the glory of the foliage change. In winter the lake freezes over for skating and ice fishing, and spring is, well... OK spring is pretty wet in Northern Maine, but at least the bugs aren’t out yet and the fishing  is still good.
